Delivery & Shipping Policies

Delivery:

          Delivery of supplies is provided for Southern New England Customers:

          delivery charges are as follows and are due to the skyrocketing cost of fuel

          and rising charges to repair and maintain delivery vehicles:

                                                                We regret that we can no longer make any exceptions to this charge!!!

          Any Order within an approximate 10 mile radius:                                   $ 10.00     

          Any Order within an approximate 20 mile radius:                                   $ 20.00

          Any Order within an approximate 30 mile radius:                                   $ 30.00     

          Any Order within an approximate 40 mile radius:                                   $ 40.00

                                                                   Shipment:

          New Minimum Order Policy! - Minimum Order $25.00!!

          Parcel Orders currently go UPS  - freight charges are added to order!

          There is a $3.00 handling charge on all orders

          We accept COD:   Specify Payment Method:

          Company/Personal Check OR Cashier’s Check/MoneyOrder

          UPS COD Charge of $ 8.50 is added to order.

          We accept for prepayment: Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express

          With this payment method there is no COD charge.

          Note also: we do not ship the following items due to the prohibitive cost of

          hazardous shipment charges or due to excessive freight price ratio to item value!

          1. Distilled Water  2. Alcohol Liquid  & 3. Isagel or Purel Alcohol Gel in Gallons

Customer Satisfaction:

          Due to applicable health laws, certain items can not be returned, some items

          can be returned, if returned in unopened originally sealed packages.

          However, we want you!, the customer to be satisfied!!

          Please call us to exchange and or return for credit applicable item with which

          you are not satisfied - call us and make arrangements for necessary exchanges

          or credits. For customers that do not receive our local truck deliveries we will

          send a UPS call tag or ask you to discard the item or items and we will reship

          the correct           item or credit your account.
