Mignacca, our president emeritus, founded Galen Drug Company in 1958, which became one of the largest discount pharmacies in New England.  Looking ahead from this success, Professor Mignacca foresaw the increasing demand for medical supplies and decided to devote all his efforts to the area of home care supply sales.

With this new focus, we have become a leader in the field of home care supply sales. 

The last five years has seen New England Surgical Center expand from this base to become a
complete physician supply and alternate care medical supply center.  For us, looking to the
future means meeting customer needs today.
